This term, Giraffe and Hippo groups enjoyed a delightful trip to their local park, The Urban Park. The children made the short walk to the park together, which was a lovely opportunity to explore their local environment.
Once at the park, the children had a wonderful time playing on the equipment together and being active in the fresh air. The big slide proved to be the absolute favourite, with children enjoying the thrill and excitement it brought to their outdoor play experience.
The children returned to nursery buzzing with excitement, eager to tell everyone about all the fun they had during their park adventure. Their enthusiasm and joy in sharing their experiences shows just how much these outings mean to them.
These local trips are fantastic for helping children connect with their community whilst providing valuable opportunities for physical activity and social play with their friends.
