Children at Cashmore Early Years Centre have made a fantastic start to the new school year, settling into their new groups, making friends and growing in confidence. This term, children have been exploring the signs of autumn through activities with leaves and puddles, while enjoying plenty of stories, songs and creative play.
Older children have also been learning about shopping and the local community, including a visit to a local supermarket and making their own pizzas back at nursery. These experiences have supported children’s independence, communication and problem-solving skills while making learning fun and meaningful.
