We would like to welcome all children and their parents/carers to celebrate the end of the school year with us at our annual Teddy Bears’ picnic. This will be held during the school day on Wednesday 16th July.
Families are invited in 10:00am – 11:00am OR 2:00pm – 3:00pm. This is a very informal celebration, but is a chance to eat, chat and play together to celebrate the children’s successes this year. If your child does not normally come to school on a Wednesday, please speak to your Key Person – we would love you to join us with your child in either the morning or the afternoon!
We ask parents to kindly provide donations of food to share together at the party. Please make sure all food is shop bought, in its original packaging and contains no nuts, meat or egg products (egg in cake is allowed). Examples of donations include: squash, fruit, cheese and tomato pizza (this will be cooked on site) cooked vegetarian sausage rolls, cooked vegetarian cocktail sausages, cooked cheese and onion rolls, cheese, crisps, savoury crackers, breadsticks, cakes, biscuits.
If you would prefer, you are welcome to make a money donation and food items will be bought prior to the picnic.
